All Enrollment Documents Can Be Submitted Digitally Through Email.
Completed your enrollment forms and want to submit all of your documentation digitally? Email those completed documents to smoore@icafortsmith.org along with your student's name in the subject line. You will be contacted once those forms are received.

Can I enroll to start before Fall 2025?
Yes! If you would like to enroll today, please call 479-434-2114 or email smoore@icafortsmith.org. Private tours are also available for you to come in and ask any questions you may have about enrollment or ICA. Students must have completed all state required forms to enroll with us. These forms can be downloaded from our website using the button here:
How to Finalize Enrollment
Enrollment is not complete until all of the following items have been furnished to the school office alongside the State Required Forms:
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Up-to-date Immunization Record
Proof of Residency in Arkansas

Students must submit all state forms alongside the 4 required documents to enroll for ICA.
