Little Rock, Ark (KATV) — On Tuesday, Feb. 12, Fort Smith's Institute for the Creative Arts announced that it was awarded a Charter Schools Program Subgrant of $1.25 million.
Allocated by the Arkansas Public School Resource Center, the subgrant is designed to aid new charter schools with their start-up costs.
